Henry Anderson Brown is a chef based in Norfork, who works with the seasonally cropped ingredients and enjoys cooking simply so that the food speaks for itself.

Henry hosted a four-course dinner made with ingredients tasting their very best right now at the height of summer. Hosted at Connaught Kitchen, Norwich on Sat 27th August.
